Experiences

I believe in taking a human-first approach—showing up with authenticity, empathy, and understanding. My hope is that through genuine connection, others can feel seen, supported, and a little less alone in their journey.

Recently, I gave birth to a beautiful baby after an incredibly challenging pregnancy complicated by Hyperemesis Gravidarum (a condition that affects about 1–3% of pregnancies). My journey included a PICC line, home health care, daily IV treatments, and medications. There were many serious complications along the way, both during pregnancy and postpartum. The experience deepened my empathy, strengthened my perspective, and reminded me of the resilience it takes to move through life’s most demanding seasons.

It deepened my understanding of what it means to live through uncertainty, and resilience. It reminded me how vital authentic connection and compassion are in the healing process.

Both motherhood and healing are my passions. Through my experiences and professional work, I strive to support others as they navigate their own paths toward growth and wholeness. Wherever you are in your journey, I look forward to walking alongside you with compassion and understanding.
